About the Journal: The Spicer Adventist University Research Articles Journal (SAURAJ) is the first attempt to provide a conducive environment for researchers to publish research papers. SAURAJ is a bi-annual peer-reviewed online journal that publishes articles and book reviews digitally and makes them available for free download. The purpose of SAURAJ is to provide a platform for academicians to express their scholarly work. SAURAJ strives to provide a venue for all academic fields to publish papers that have the potential to be intellectual arguments. The journal assesses the legitimacy of each article's research techniques and accepts papers entirely based on the research. The journal's objective is to support a global exchange of new knowledge and contemporary advancements in all fields of study.

Policy Details

Review Policy:
 All submissions to SAURAJ are initially checked for plagiarism and verified before being sent forward to be evaluated by an editor to decide if they are acceptable for peer review. When an editor approves a manuscript for publication, it is sent to two subject experts for review. Each article is assigned a code name, and the author's identity is deleted from the manuscript, making each review entirely anonymous.

Ethics Policy:

WHO CAN SUBMIT?
Any registered student, faculty member, or staff member in any department at Spicer Adventist University is eligible to submit their manuscript as long as it is an original work and clears peer review protocols. The authors are the initial owners and hold the copyright of the published article. Non-Spicerians and alums can publish their articles in SAURAJ once they complete peer review protocols and proceed with publishing approval. SAURAJ welcomes authors from around the globe to experience the multi-disciplinary experience. Although new, the journal endeavors to excel in academic publications and establishes itself as a breakthrough in South Asian academia.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS 
SAURAJ accepts articles written in the academic language of English. American spelling and punctuation will be used for editing.  Authors are expected to use gender-inclusive languages only. Please refer to the SAU Handbook for Research and Writing.

SUBMISSION RULES 
The submitted articles must not have been published elsewhere or be intended to be published in the future in a journal or book (printed or electronic). Once the author submits the paper to SAURAJ, the author declares that the manuscript is not under review by any other journal (print or electronic). Suppose an author offers to another journal while the same manuscript is under consideration for SAURAJ; in that case, the manuscript will be rejected, and the author will be blacklisted due to unethical practices.
